1. Payment Term

    Payment for service is strictly by cash or Nets.

 

2. Article

  • All articles are accepted for laundering entirely at the customers own risk and we do not hold ourselves responsible for damage such as shrinkage, discolouring, fading of colours, tear and other damage that may arise during laundering/cleaning.

  • The company cannot be held responsible for loss of buttons, ornaments or anything left in pockets or any parts of the article.

  • Removal of stains will be attempted but the outcome cannot be guaranteed and be liable.

  • Though great care is practised, any article damaged during the process of laundering/cleaning may be due to wear and tear, poor quality workmanship and methods of manufacture of the article (including new articles) which are beyond our control and responsibility.

 

3. Delivery/Collection

  • All articles must be collected within 2 months from the given ready date. Failing which this receipt shall be treated as null and void. The article will be disposed of at the company's discretion without any liability to the customer.

  • Articles will only be delivered on presentation of this receipt, otherwise letter of indemnity is required.

 

4. Delay & Loss

    Every effort will be made to return articles on the date of delivery, but we accept no responsibility for any delay or loss for

    instance: accident, enemy action, strikes, lockout, Acts of God etc (however caused).

 

5. Compensation

  • In the event of any claim for lost of damaged articles the company accepts no liability on any consequential or indirect loss suffered by customer, whether or not the company has or ought to have knowledge of the same.

  • Compensation in settlement of claim for lost or damaged article shall in no circumstances exceed 5 times the amount charged for laundering/cleaning for that particular item.

 

6. Claims

  • Customer is advised to check all items upon collection or receipt of goods.

  • All claims must be made before leaving the company's premises. For articles delivered, the claim must be submitted within 24 hours after receipt of goods and must be accompanied with the original receipt.

 

7. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
